Leading Empowered Organizations (LEO)
Dr. Waxman is also a certified facilitator for Leading Empowered Organizations (LEO), a three-day workshop geared toward healthcare leaders. This program is designed to provide healthcare leaders with new strategies to promote acceptance of responsibility and accountability, improve and strengthen relationships, and build problem-solving skills. LEO was developed by Marie Manthey with Creative HealthCare Management and is licensed by the California Institute for Nursing & Health Care (CINHC). Dr. Waxman is a certified faculty member through the CINHC.
